The Notebooks list can be filtered for a few different reasons. One is to narrow down the list by criteria to find specific records. Another is to give you a count based on your selected criteria.
As an example, if you wanted to know how many notebooks there are for a specific category, you could filter the list by Category and choose the category you would like to see the notebooks for. Click the "Filter List" button. You will see the total records label above the list has changed and gives you a total count of all notebooks for the category selected. The list has also changed and displays only the notebooks for the category selected.
To get started, select Workflow/Productivity > Notebooks - from the main menu on the left hand side of the screen.
This will open your notebooks list. You will have two lists. One, is the Team/Shared Notebooks, and the other is the My Personal/Private notebooks. To filter either list, click the "Filter List" button above the list.

Choose criteria to filter the list. Use as many of the filters as you need, you can choose one or many items depending on how you would like to narrow your results. Team/Shared Notebooks can be filtered by:
- Created By
- Category
- Department/Chapter
- Districts
- Precincts (Select District First)
My Personal/Private Notebooks can be filtered by category only.
Click the "Filter List" button and the list will display only the reserved credits that meet the selected criteria.
