The My Payroll Distributions list can be filtered for a few different reasons. One is to narrow down the list by criteria to find specific records. Another is to give you a count and dollar value of your payroll distributions, based on your selected criteria. 

As an example, if you wanted to know how many payroll distributions there are for a date range, you could filter the list by Payments Made Date Range and choose the fate range you would like to see.the distributions for. Click the "Filter List" button. You will see the total records label above the list has changed and gives you a total count and dollar amount of all payroll distributions for the date range. The list has also changed and displays only the payroll distributions for the date selected.

To get started, select Staff and HR > My Payroll Distributions - from the main menu on the left hand side of the screen.


This will open your employee payroll distributions list. To filter the list, click the "Filter List" button.


The Filter List panel will open above the Employee Payroll Distribution list...

Choose a date range to filter your payroll distributions. Payroll Distributions can be filtered by payments made date range.

Click the "Filter List" button and the list will display only the payroll distributions that meet the selected criteria.
