Filter Links & Resources

Return To The Knowledge Base

The Links & Resource Library can be filtered for a few different reasons. One is to narrow down the list by criteria to find specific records. Another is to give you a count of Links & Resources, based on your selected criteria.

As an example, if you wanted to know how many Resources are classified as web tools, you could select “Web Tools” from the “Links & Resource Category” drop down list. Click the “Filter Links & Resources” button. You will see the pink “total records” label has changed above the list and gives you a total count of all Links & Resources classified as web tools. The list has also changed, and displays only Links & Resources classified as web tools.

To filter the Links & Resource list, click the “Advanced Search & Filter” button…

The Advanced Search/Filter” panel will open above the list…

Choose criteria to filter the list. Use as many of the filters as you need, you can choose one or many items depending on how you would like to narrow your results.

Links & Resources can be filtered specifically by category, user, and date posted. Click the “Filter Links & Resources” button and the list will display only the Resources that meet the selected criteria.

Filters are persistent, meaning even after you go in to view and/or edit a record and come back to the main list, the filter you are using will still be in place. You can reset the list by clicking the “Cancel Filter” button.
