The Links & Resource Library can be filtered for a few
different reasons. One is to narrow down the list by criteria to find specific
records. Another is to give you a count of Links & Resources, based on your
selected criteria.
As an example, if you wanted to know how many Resources are
classified as web tools, you could select “Web Tools” from the Link/Resource Category drop-down list.
Click the “Filter List” button. You will see the total records label has changed above the list and gives you a
total count of all Links & Resources classified as web tools. The list has
also changed, and displays only Links & Resources classified as web tools.
To get started, select Workflow/Productivity > Links And Resources - from the main menu on the left hand side.
This will open your list of Links and Resources. To filter the list, click the “Filter List”
button.

Choose criteria to filter the list. Use as many of the filters as
you need, you can choose one or many items depending on how you would like to
narrow your results. Links and Resources can be filtered by:
- Link/Resource Category
- Posted By (User)
- Posted or Modified Date Range
- Department/Chapter
- Districts
- Precincts (Select District First)
Click the “Filter List” button and the list will
display only the Resources that meet the selected criteria.
