The Lead Conversion list can be filtered for a few different reasons. One is to narrow down the list by criteria to find specific records. Another is to give you a count of lead conversion's based on your selected criteria.
As an example, if you want to know how many lead conversions you have done for a specific department/chapter, you could select the Department/Chapter from the "Department/Chapter" drop down list. Click the "Filter List" button. You will see the total records label above the list gives you a count of all lead conversions for the Department/Chapter you selected. The list has also changed, and displays only lead conversions for the Department/Chapter you selected.
To get started, select Sales and Marketing > Lead Conversion - from the main menu on the left hand side.
This will open your list of lead conversions. To filter the list, click the "Filter List" Button.
The filter panel will open above your lead conversion list...
Choose criteria to filter the list. Use as man of the filters as you need, you can choose one or many items depending on how you would like to narrow your results. Your Lead Conversions can be filter by:
- Team Member
- Lead Type
- lead Weight
- Acquisition Source
- Conversion Campaign
- Precincts (Select District First)
- Lead's Original Active Date
- Conversion Date
After selecting the desired criteria, click the "Filter List" button and the list will display only the records that meet the selected criteria.
