Your event ticket sales can be filtered for a few different reasons. One is to narrow down the list by criteria to find specific records. Another is to give you a count of ticket sales, based on your selected criteria.

As an example, if you wanted to know how tickets sold you have for a particular ticket type, you could select "A Ticket Type" from the Ticket Type drop-down list. Click the "Filter List" button. You will see the total records label above the list has changed and gives you a total count of all ticket types you selected. The list has also changed, and displays only the ticket type you choose.

To get started, select Event Management > Event Ticket Sales - from the main menu on the left hand side.

To filter Event Ticket Sales, click the “Filter List” button.

The Filter Panel will open...

Choose any or multiple criteria to filter the list.  Use as many of the criteria items as needed. Event Ticket Sales can be filtered by:
  • Associated Event
  • Guest
  • Ticket Type
  • Account Detail Type
  • Account (Chart of Accounts)
  • In the General Journal
  • Fund
  • Deposit/Bank Account
  • Paid In Full
  • Date of Purchase Date Range
  • Total Amount ($) Range
After selecting the desired criteria, click the "Filter List" button and the list will display only the event ticket sales that meet the selected criteria.
