Your donations can be filtered for a few different reasons. One is to narrow down the list by criteria to find specific records. Another is to give you a count of donations, based on your selected criteria.

As an example, if you wanted to know how many donations you have received towards Online Givingyou could select "Online Giving" from the Donation Category drop-down list. Click the "Filter List" button. You will see the total records label above the list has changed and gives you a total count of all your online giving donations. The list has also changed, and displays only online giving donations.

To get started, select Donations and Grants > Fiscal Donations - from the main menu on the left hand side.

To filter your fiscal donations, click the "Filter List" button.

This will open the Filter Panel...

Choose criteria to filter the list. Use as many of the criteria items as needed. Choose one or many criteria depending on how you would like to narrow your results. Fiscal Donations can be filtered by:
  • Donor ID
  • Donation Codes
  • Donation Type
  • Donation Category
  • Donor Category
  • Donor type
  • Donor Level
