Constituents can be filtered for a few different reasons. One is to narrow down the list by criteria to find specific constituents that meet certain criteria. Another is to give you a count of constituents that meet your selected criteria.

As an example, if you wanted to know how many constituents you have in a specific Precinct or District, you would choose a District or Precinct from the drop-down menus. Click the "Filter List" button. You will see the total records label above the list gives you a count of all constituents that meet your criteria. The list also changed, and displays only the constituents  you requested per the criteria you selected.

To get started, select Constituents (CRM) - Constituents (All) - from the main menu on the left hand side.

To filter your constituents, click the "Filter List" button.
