The board Member list can be filtered for a few different reasons.
One is to narrow down the list by criteria to find specific records. Another is
to give you a count of board member, based on your selected criteria.
As an
example, if you wanted to know how many active board members you have, you
could select "Active Board Members" from the Status drop-down list.
Click the "Filter List" button. You can see the total
records label above the list has changed and gives you a total count of all
active board members. The list has also changed, and displays only active board
members.
To get started, select either Constituents (CRM) or Staff and HR > Board Memebers - from the main menu on the left hand side.
This will open your board member listing. To filter the list click the
"Filter List" button.

Choose criteria to filter the list. Use as many of the filters as
you need, you can choose one or many items depending on how you would like to
narrow your results. Board Members can be filtered by:
- Status
- Board Member Category
- Term Start Date Range
Click the "Filter List" button and the list will display
only the board members that meet the selected criteria.
