You can classify your Lead/Opportunity pipeline by assigning a value to each Lead/Opportunity based on where they stand by using Lead Weights. Lead Weights are considered a Classification Code within Argenta. Your iteration of Argenta comes loaded with common Lead Weights to help get you started, but you can expand upon them when or if needed.
You can add or delete any Lead Weight by selecting Classification Codes from the Argenta main menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
This will bring you into the full list of Customizable Classification Codes in Argenta. From here you will choose "Lead Weights" from the codes listed.
This will show you your list of Lead Weights. From here choose the "Add New" button to add a new Lead Weight.
This will open the Add A New Lead Weight screen where you will enter a name for your new code.
Enter a name for your new code and then click the "Add This Classification Code" button to add the new code to your list.
View The Total Number of Records
Above the list is a records total that displays the total of all items currently displayed in the list. This is a quick and easy way to count list items.
Search The List
All classification code lists can be searched by the code's title or a partial title. Enter the title or partial for the code you are looking for into the search filed to search the list.
Export The List to Excel
Argenta contains many reports, charts, graphs, and statements, but it may be necessary to manipulate your own data. You can work with you data anyway you want by exporting it into Excel. Every list in Argenta has an "Export To Excel" button above the list. Clicking the button exports the data currently displayed into Excel. If you have filtered the data by specific criteria, only the resulting records from the filter will be exported.
To Remove A Lead Weight
In the lead weights list, click the corresponding "Delete" button to remove the code from your list. Lead weights that are already in use cannot be deleted. You will receive an alert indicating that you cannot delete the lead weight because it has been used to classify a lead/opportunity. If you still want to delete it, you must find the related lead/opportunities using the lead weight, reclassifying those lead/opportunities, then trying again to delete the lead weight code.
