Argenta contains many reports, charts, graphs, and statements, but it may be necessary to manipulate your own data. You can work with you data anyway you want by exporting it into Excel. Every list in Argenta has an "Export To Excel" button above the list. Clicking the button exports the data currently displayed into Excel. If you have filtered the data by specific criteria, only the resulting records from the filter will be exported.
To Remove A Final Outcome Code
In the campaign final outcomes list, click the corresponding "Delete" button to remove the code from your list. Campaign final outcomes that are already in use cannot be deleted. You will receive an alert indicating that you cannot delete the campaign final outcome because it has been used to classify a campaign. If you still want to delete it, you must find the related campaigns using the outcome type, reclassifying those campaigns, then trying again to delete the final outcome.
