Argenta allows you to use Departments/Chapters to easily group team members or large groups. This allows you to assign tasks, funds, events, etc. to specific departments/chapters for tracking. 
To create new Departments/Chapters in Argenta, select from the left hand side main menu, My Organization > Departments/Chapters.
This will open your organizations complete list of Departments/Chapters.  From here click the "Add New" button.
This will open the Add A New Department/Chapter screen.
1. Team Member Leader/Owner ID - You can select a team member that is the leader or owner of this department/chapter by selecting "Lookup" and searching and selecting the team member responsible.
2. Department/Chapter Type - Use the drop-down menu to select the type that this department/chapter belongs to or use the "Add New" to create a new one.
3. Department/Chapter Name - You must type in a name for your Department/Chapter. This is a required field. There is a limit of 140 characters.
4. Description - If you want more of a description about what the Department/Chapter is please use this box to list any other details about the department/chapter you wish to list.
Once all the fields have been filled out click the "Add This Department" button to add your new department/chapter and return you to your organizations full list of departments/chapters.
