Argenta allows you to have numerous campaign categories so that you can report on each ones success. There are two ways to add campaign categories in Argenta. One is by using the classification codes see KB article - Working with Campaign Categories and the other is in Sales and Marketing. To add a new campaign category select Sales and Marketing > Campaign Categories from the left-hand side of the Argenta main menu.
This will bring you to the complete listing of campaign categories for your organization. From here you will select "Add New."
This will open the Add A New Campaign Category screen.
From here you will select a new name for your category and type it into the Campaign Category field. Once you have a new category name click the "Add This Classification Code." This will add your new category and return you to the full listing of your organizations campaign categories.
