What to bring with you to the Voting Center: Appointment Letter, photo ID, pen and paper
Arrive on time and report to the Inspector. The Inspector will give you a Badge and Political Observation Form. Very important to use this form to record issues or N/A, if no issues observed.
During your shift, direct any questions or concerns only to the Inspector. If your concern is not promptly resolved, call Sue Unverricht, Poll Observer Team Captain, at 847-612-2464 or the YavGOP office at 928-776-4500.
At the end of your shift, turn your Political Observation Form into the Inspector. Before turning the form in, take a photo of it (outside the 75’ zone). Email the photo of your Political Observation Form at the end of your shift to: pollobserverinfo@yavgop.org
If you cannot take a photo, please hand write your observations on another piece of paper and drop off or mail to YavGOP office: 112 E. Union St., Suite B, Prescott 86303
